It is a life-affirming choice to train as a Co-Active coach and I am here with my whole heart to guide you in your personal growth journey. I help you to hone your skills, expand your range and to step into your full presence as a coach. Coaching new coaches is work that brings me great joy and fulfilment as I know exactly how it is to be in your shoes.
Throughout this process I help you to gain confidence and clarity about who you are as a coach and how to best serve your clients. As well as being your cheerleader, I am also here to answer any practical questions you have around coaching and willingly share tips and ideas about how to create transformational client sessions. ICF ACC Credential Renewal Mentor Coaching
I frequently support passionate and committed coaches to renew their credentials and to upskill and develop as a coach in new and rewarding ways. I help you to challenge your default mode as a coach, to embrace your creativity and to begin evoking even more palpable change within your clients.
In order to renew your ICF ACC accreditation, you are required to complete 10 hours of mentor coaching with an eligible mentor coach over a minimum of three months. Read more about renewing your ICF ACC credential here.
You send me a 30’ recording of a recent coaching session prior to our meetings and I listen and share intuitive feedback from my experience as to where you shine and where there is even more room for growth as a coach. This is a space which pivots between coaching and mentoring and allows you to ask the questions which most facilitate your own evolution as a coach.
