I trained as a Co-Active coach in 2015 and have been coaching, mentoring and guiding ever since. Coaching quickly became a natural home for my intuition, emotional intelligence and relational sensitivity.
Over the years, my work has supported people through meaningful change, leadership transitions and a deepening sense of self-trust.
Creativity, Loss and Integration
Alongside my professional training, I lived through significant personal loss. Poetry became a way to meet grief, stay connected to life and make meaning.
Creativity and integration have been intertwined ever since, shaping both how I live and how I hold space for others through complexity, transition and renewal.
How my Work Took Shape
I’m a highly intuitive Leadership Coach, Sensual Embodiment Guide and Poet, originally from the U.K. and now based in Switzerland, which I’ve called home for almost two decades.
Nature, movement and creativity are part of my daily rhythm, and they shape how I show up in my work. I value depth, lightness, warmth and being fully human.
Rooted, Curious, Human
Today, I work primarily through bespoke 1:1 journeys, coaching-led, body-led, or a blend of both. My practice is trauma-aware, consent-based and attuned, with a strong emphasis on safety and nervous-system regulation.
I support women in menopause and beyond to reconnect with their bodies, explore more deeply, reveal their essence, and awaken joy, aliveness and pleasure. We begin with a 1:1 conversation. My clients are women who are self-reflective, committed to their growth, and willing to listen to their bodies as part of the process.
