I continued to be fascinated by the power of having a more conscious relationship with sexual energy and sexuality in general π.
For those of you who donβt know, Sexological Bodywork was founded by Joseph Kramer, Ph.D., a sexologist and educator π. Kramer developed this practice to promote sexual health, healing, and education through somatic practices, integrating erotic touch and body-based approaches πββοΈβ€οΈ.
Initially, I actually wondered whether this method would have much impact on me because Tantra has already awakened me so much π.
And yet what I discover is yet more pleasurable, opening, and affirming sensations πΈβ¨. Sexological Bodywork is a great way to explore your body, to find out how it likes to be touched these days and to discover what most relaxes you and turns you on ππ«. It also helps you to become more self-aware and to bring love and acceptance to those parts that may feel numb and void of sensation ππΏ.
When we allow ourselves to come into a closer, more self-compassionate relationship with our bodies, we also show up in our intimate relationships with greater trust, acceptance, and openness π€π. And in turn, we can enjoy way more fulfilling sex lives πΊπ₯.
I canβt bang on about the benefits of this work enough as I know from my own personal and professional experience how much more confidence, positive energy, and connection to yourself that you can access from receiving it ππͺπ.
