“Resilience is rooted in the body—each time we fall, it’s our connection to ourselves that helps us rise again.” 🌿
This year, I’m singing two solo parts in my Gospel choir concerts, and the rehearsals are no small feat! 🎶 Each time I begin, our passionate, talented, and detail-hungry choir leader immediately picks up on all the little mistakes I make, offering corrections. My ego, of course, hates it! 😅 But somehow, I keep surprising myself by finding the willingness to try again and again. 💪
I continue to be deeply inspired by the incredible resilience we human beings show in the face of adversity. 🌱 Time and again, I witness how, despite life’s most challenging moments, we have an innate ability to rise, heal, and grow. It is this strength, this determination to keep moving forward, that fills me with awe. ✨
Our capacity to rebuild ourselves, often through the power of connection and embodied practices, reminds me of the profound resources we all carry within.
🌟 If you’re going through a period of healing and transformation at the moment, I highly recommend listening to this beautiful song called My Healing by Sophia Spallino. 🎶
What does resilience look like in your life? 🤔
Are you embracing the discomfort of growth, or are you avoiding the challenges that could strengthen you?
