Alignment

The word “alignment” has come up a lot for me in recent days. It feels like one of those words which we all relate to in slightly different ways.

As I pondered over the energy of alignment this morning, I came to realise that for me, it means the following:

• Feeling anchored and present in my physical and energetic body. 🌈
• Being in a place of both self-compassion and self-authority. 💖
• Knowing who I am, what my values and purpose are. 🌟
• Taking conscious actions towards my desired future which honour my essence, values, and purpose. 🚀
• Being loyal to myself and my loved ones and establishing healthy boundaries. 🤗
• Being fully sensually and sexually awake and alive and expressed.  🍑

When I’m authentic, being me

I’m here and in alignment

When I’m creative I feel free

Expression beats confinement

When I feel sensual, I‘m alive

I’m touched, I’m moved, I’m present

When I stay open, don’t surmise

My heart receives its lessons

When I give love and it’s received

I feel my deepest purpose

When I in my own gifts believe

More confidence can surface

When I show up imperfectly

Without tricks and refinement

And I’m authentic, being me

I’m here and in alignment
