Our bodies make sounds. 🗣️
We sigh, we moan, we yawn, we cough, we sneeze – the list goes on! 😮💨😷
Body sounds on an emotional level can reflect states like stress (sighing), contentment (deep breaths), excitement (rapid heartbeat), offering us personal insights into our emotional well-being. 🧠❤️
These sounds are our body’s natural way of communicating with us. 🌟
And yet, as adults, we often try to control or limit these sounds or even to apologise for them, in order to be more socially acceptable! 😬🙊
In my work as a Tantra Guide and Sexological Bodyworker, I actively encourage my clients to use their breath, movement, and sound in order to connect to their sexual energy in a more powerful, nourishing, and empowering way. 🌬️🧘♀️💫
When we allow our bodies to sound during Tantra, we can fully express our pleasure and/or relaxation and therefore increase our enjoyment. 😊🎶 Vocal expressions release energy and enhance the vibrational healing process. 🌟
Cats are the perfect example of healthy expression of sound. They are the masters of vocal self-expression! Cats miaow when they want something, they purr when they’re happy and they hiss when they are annoyed. We can definitely take a leaf out of their book when it comes to sound.
Embracing sounds can lead to a deeper connection with our true selves. 🌀
Our bodies’ natural sounds are primal and enable us to transform. 🔄 I have noticed that hearing my body’s sounds of arousal, for example, turns me on even more. 🔥 I have also learned to allow myself to make sound when I orgasm during self-pleasure. 💖 The first time I did this, in fact, it was quite moving as I heard a wild innocence in the sounds that I made. 🌿🦁
How much permission do you give yourself to make sound in your life? 🤔 And in your sex life? 🍃🔥
