I just love how Tantra can be used to stimulate our creativity and to unleash the potential within us. By practicing Tantra, we learn to be present and fully engaged in the moment, which allows us to connect with our inner selves and awaken our intuition. Through meditation, we can focus our minds and create space for new ideas and inspiration to flow freely.
The practice of Tantra can also help us break free from limiting beliefs and patterns that stifle our creativity. When we let go of our fears and inhibitions, we can tap into our inner fire and unleash our creative potential.
Tantra massage encourages us to explore our sensual and sexual nature, which can often enhance our creativity. When we connect with our bodies and embrace our desires, we access a powerful source of energy that fuels our imagination and inspires us to express ourselves more freely and to bring our unique gifts to the world.🙏💫🌟
Tantra compels me to create from the most unbridled and expressive part of me and I am so grateful for this. I wrote the following poem after a recent Tantric experience and it felt so liberating!
Yours Faithfully ❤️
I don’t want to plough through life like a packhorse
grinning and bearing it all in the name of duty.
No, I don’t want to squander life. Bleating on about its unfairness like a spoiled and entitled little brat.
I really don’t wish to diminish life by apologising for the way it expresses through me or by uselessly comparing my experience of it to those around me.
I don’t want to dishonour it.
To doubt it.
Or to betray it.
I don’t want to trample all over life like a giant, injuring it with the selfish and destructive footprints of my ignorance.
I never want to arrogantly assume that it is always just going to be there.
No.
I want to cup life in my hands as if it were a newborn baby sparrow
all fragile and miraculous.
To hold that tiny little creature with such great love and esteem
that it cannot help but blossom.
I want to gaze at that almighty powerhouse with wonder and respect
and be amazed by its resilience all over again
each fresh morning that I rise.
I want to grab life by both hands and to worship it.
To writhe my hips with it
And to belly laugh with it.
I want to muse with life beneath
the shrill of the knowing moon
open and receptive
to
that which most
wants to happen.
I want to honour
and to celebrate life.
To dare with life
And to care for it.
May I be a willing channel for its messages
And a humble receiver
of its beauty.
Yours faithfully ❤️
